Podcast #254 – Marc Discusses the Process of Purchasing of a Home in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico
This week I want to take you through the process we went through in buying a house in Mexico. The first thing I want you to understand the process is very similar to purchasing in the United States but … what you are buying is different.
In all of my travels around the world in my career, people build houses from materials that are readily available. In the US houses are built from wood. In Mexico, they are built from brick and concrete. The brick and concrete in Mexico are similar to what is available in the US but different. Therefore, houses in Mexico are built and not architected. I will explain more about this later.
Before we go any further let me mention I have a new sponsor – Magic Mind. Magic Mind is the world’s first productivity drink. It is not an energy or coffee-based drink but a drink that will help you stay focused. I have been using it for several months it has made a real difference but more on this later in the show.
You can get a 20% discount by going to Magicmind.co/repurpose and using the discount code repurpose20.
