Healthcare and Health Insurance – Expat in Mexico
Marc’s wife signed up Medicare Part A and B but not D. The signup process was done via the U.S. Embassy in Guadalajara Mexico. We learned everything from the Medicare for Dummies Book. Marc spent about $1000 on his wife’s medication. Marc’s wife will sign up for Skymed for emergency transport in the case of a medical emergency.
Change Season – Expat in Mexico
Festival season is extensive. The major festival in Ajijic is FIESTAS DE SAN ANDRÉS. We went to Guanajuato for the week of the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday. We took the ETN bus line to Guanajuato from Guadalajara and paid for the tickets at OXXO.
