This year’s reader survey is kicking off early this year as I want to get the pulse of our community after 7 months of a pandemic that has been devastating for some, an uncomfortable experience for others, and a non-event for others.
This year I will not ask you a single question about how you use the Career Pivot website or services.

2020 Has Been a Special Year
To say that 2020 has been special is an understatement. We have all been thrown into new and uncomfortable situations in both our professional and personal lives.
I spent the last week in Austin, Texas taking care of a number of administrative tasks that I was unable to take care of earlier in the year because of the pandemic. My car registration had expired last April and I could not get it renewed on-line.

I thought this summed it up. 2020 has been a year that I think most of us would love to forget.
